Refund policy

• Upon receiving your product, please first check that all contents are complete and the quantity is correct. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and free from human-caused damage, and the original packaging must be intact; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

• Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with your order details and reason for return.

• Include photos or videos if there is any product issue.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

• Once the returned item is received and verified, we will promptly process a refund or exchange.

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to handling cannot be returned.

• If the purchased item is part of a promotional bundle or set, only the entire set can be returned. If you wish to keep part of the set, the retained items will be charged at their original price.

• We reserve the right to review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and may decline requests at our discretion.
