Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

Return & Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your product, please first check that all contents are complete and the quantity is correct. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and free from human-caused damage, and the original packaging must be intact; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with your order details and reason for return.
Include photos or videos if there is any product issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will promptly process a refund or exchange.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to handling cannot be returned.
If the purchased item is part of a promotional bundle or set, only the entire set can be returned. If you wish to keep part of the set, the retained items will be charged at their original price.
